Mundell 'extremely disappointed' by Chope

Scotland Secretary David Mundell was 'extremely disappointed' by former minister Sir Christopher Chope. The Government said it “has every expectation” upskirting will become illegal after a veteran Conservative MP was publicly derided for derailing plans to criminalise the phenomenon.
