Russia has 'no chemical weapons at all'

One of Russia’s most senior diplomats has spoken to Sky News about the Salisbury poisoning. Alexander Shulgin is ambassador to the Netherlands & Russia’s representative at the OPCW (the global chemical weapon watchdog).
