NHS boss asks for promised Brexit money

Simon Stevens said care services could deteriorate, and waiting lists escalate, unless the health service gets an extra £4 billion next year. Helpfully, he also suggested where Mr Hammond might find the £350 million per week that EU leave campaigners promised for the NHS.
