Unilever to lose vote on London exit - Aviva

David Cumming, chief investment officer for equities at Aviva Investors which holds a 14% stake in Unilever, tells Ian King he would be "very surprised" if the company won a shareholder vote on simplifying its corporate structure through a move to the Netherlands.
